US Based Internships


Apply early to insure your placement! Late applications accepted only until March 8th

Wycliffe offers internships for college students (or recent graduates) who wish to use their skills to serve with Wycliffe USA (College credit available). In this 10-week program, you will:Interns OSI.JPG

  • Play a part in the Wycliffe community through group activities such as our weekly celebration services, EnterMission.

  • Bond with a small discipleship group and a mentor who will walk with you throughout the summer to help you develop your personal and spiritual goals.

  • Enjoy fun social activities in the area (includes time at Disney World, Lake Eola, Cocoa Beach and more).

  • Learn evangelism techniques and practice sharing your faith through creative projects designed by you and your fellow interns.

  • Attend leadership development classes and learn from some of the best non-profit missions organization leaders in the world.

  • Experience community life with other student interns. (Housing will be at condos in nearby neighborhood.)

  • Attend an optional week of TOTAL It Up! after your internship ends.

  • Job opportunities include: accounting, administration, business/marketing, event planning, graphic design, finance, human resources, information technology, journalism, photography/videography, web design)

Waxhaw, NC (JAARS Headquarters)

June 3 – August 10 (Summer 2012)

  • Job opportunities include:  youth ministry, information technology, Business as Mission, aviation, nursing, purchasing/shipping, construction

Dallas, TX (International Linguistic Center)

June 3 – August 10 (Summer 2012)

  • Job opportunities include: Global Language Mapping, software development, library science, and others

Washington, D.C. (Government Relations / LEAD Asia Headquarters) 

June 3 – August 10 (Summer 2012) 

  • Job opportunities will be specifically designed to include project management for those who are passionate about social justice, specifically for ethnolinguistic minority groups

APPLICATION FEES: $100

Application Deadlines and Early Bird Discounts

  • All applications received by December 31st: FREE –application fee is waived
  • Applications received in January: $20 fee (save $80)
  • Applications received in February: $50 fee (save $50)
  • Applications received after February are considered late: $100 fee
  • Final application deadline: March 8th, 2012 (some trips/internships reserve the right to receive applications beyond the deadline. Call to find out of there are extended deadlines.)

*Full application includes our receipt of 3 reference, application fee (if applicable), and passport copy.
